Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un responsable de la comptabilité pour superviser les opérations comptables et s'assurer de la conformité. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en comptabilité, une expérience pertinente et des compétences en logiciels financiers. Vous serez chargé de préparer des rapports financiers, de gérer les impôts et de coordonner les activités avec la filiale australienne.
Responsibility:
• Manage the recording and bookkeeping of financial transactions in ODOO ERP Software.
• Coordinate the preparation of periodic Financial reports (Monthly/Annually).
• Entering cash and bank and other monthly closing journal Entries, including Provisions, Prepaid Expenses, Depreciation, Amortisation, Etc.
• Handling all Accounting responsibilities of Australian Subsidiary, including coordination with the Australian Managing Director.
• Checking the completeness of AP payments to be processed.
• Preparing Weekly payment plans for expenses other than AP, such as taxes, electricity, etc.
• Preparing cash flow projections every month and sending cash flow updates every day
• Send incoming/collection money reports every day
• Review and recommend systematic and procedural improvements
• Maintain good working relationships with Company relations and partners, Bankers, Principals, Chamber of Commerce, Tax, etc
• Carry out Company Tax-Planning and its implementation.
• Monthly VAT and PPH Reconciliations.
• Filing VAT and PPH on a monthly basis in DJP.
• Reporting directly to Director
Qualification:
• Bachelor's educational background in accounting, or Taxation.
• Have relevant work experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Proficient in using MS Office computer applications, applications regarding workflow processes.
• Have experience in using ERP System such as ODOO.
• Have and understand Brevet A, B and C
• Have IFRS Reporting Knowledge
• Have a strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Have good financial analysis skills and strategic decision making.
• Skills in the use of financial software and analytical tools
• Strong compliance with applicable financial regulations and rules.
• Have skills in accounting and finance, analytical skills, leadership skills, good communication skills. both orally and in writing.
• Be Fluent in English (Both Orally and in Writing).
