Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking a senior tax professional to lead tax compliance, reporting and advisory across our Indonesia operations. You will partner with business stakeholders, manage audits and transfer pricing oversight, and drive risk and compliance programs in a multinational environment.

The role requires deep Indonesian tax knowledge (CIT, WHT, VAT), experience with tax systems, and strong communication skills to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. A Brevet qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant tax experience—ideally combining public accounting and corporate tax backgrounds—preferred with experience in multinational companies.
• Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, WHT, VAT) and transfer pricing.
• Experience handling tax audits, disputes, and compliance processes.
• Proficient in tax systems (e.g., Coretax is a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
