Job summary

  • Prepare and oversee Annual Tax Return and handle PPh withholding filings.

Education

Job description

Manage corporate electronic tax filings (e-fin)

File and manage OSS (OnlineSingleSubmission) portal submissions

Prepare and oversee the Annual Tax Return (Annual Return)

Draft and submit LKPM reports to BKPM

Handle PPh withholding filings for purchases

2. Payroll Administration

Register, monitor and file BPJS contributions

Maintain and update the employee payroll table

Coordinate and file annual personal income tax returns (SPT 1721-I)

3. Office Administration

Administer employee benefits and welfare programs

Manage, track and report monthly fixed office expense

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in Tax & Accounting at a senior level, including data preparation through filing

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets/Docs

Proficient business-level English writing skills (e.g. professional email correspondence)

Excellent interpersonal and team-communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in English and/or Korean

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field

Experience

At least 3 years of directly relevant work experience is mandatory
