Job Description
Assist in preparing data for the annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculation and return, including reviewing the calculations.
Coordinate tax dispute matters, prepare necessary data and documentation for external advisors, and serve as the primary contact for tax authorities.
Respond to inquiries from government agencies related to tax filings, compliance, claims, and other tax-related issues.
Provide routine tax advisory support for the company’s business operations.
Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and analysis of target country margins.
Oversee governance of all direct and indirect tax compliance matters in Indonesia and international transactions
Monitor and analyze the impact of new tax regulations and ensuring the company stays informed of current local and international tax laws, regulations, and rulings.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of proper tax processes across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting, majoring in taxation or Fiscal
5 years of work experience
Fluency in spoken and written both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Microsoft Office and SAP, E-SPT
Deep knowledge about Indonesia taxes and tax law
Deep knowledge about Corporate Income Tax obligations, including deferred taxes calculation and return filing; about VAT accounting and obligations; and about Withholding Taxes classification
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Good SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

All three legal entities are served by a shared service regional organization set up under RBID. Departments included under the shared service organization are Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Facility Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Information Systems, and Corporate Communication.
