Job description

Minimum Requirements
  1. Have a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
  2. Have tax certification (Brevet A & B)
  3. Proficient in using Excel
  4. Familiar with SAP system
  5. Willing to be placed Head Office, South Jakarta
  6. Have good communication skills, attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Minimum experience 5 years
Responsibilities
  1. Tax Compliance and Reporting:
    1. Supervise tax team to complete various filings in Indonesia on timely and accurate basis
    2. Prepare and submit tax reports in a timely manner, including Income Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (VAT), and other taxes
    3. Ensure that the VAT Return and related supporting documents have been created and reported
    4. Create monthly equalization and monthly reconciliation
    5. Liaise with tax consultant in preparing and putting in place Transfer Pricing documentations for annual intercompany transaction reporting
    6. Support Head Office to perform assessment of the key intercompany transactions, evaluate risk and propose alternatives to mitigate TP risk
  2. Tax Audit and Dispute:
    1. Identification and mitigation of any tax risks and exposures
    2. Manage SP2DK and tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and ensure that the company can provide the necessary documentation and evidence
    3. Coordination of tax audit to avoid unexpected or unacceptable reputational damages or tax exposures including targeting a more accurate tax provision

Contract period is 1 year.
