Overview

The Tax & Finance Analyst supports both the Finance & Tax and FinOps functions by ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cashflow planning, and assisting in periodic closing and reporting activities. This role involves a solid reporting line to the Finance & Tax Manager and a dotted-line functional coordination with the FinOps Lead for cross-entity accounting, cashflow monitoring, and treasury support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly tax calculations (Art.21, 23/26, 4(2), VAT self-assessed, and VAT Out based on General Ledger
• Prepare monthly WHT & VAT Returns
• Prepare withholding tax slip for third parties and send it to them
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for Annual Corporate Income Tax Return, such as: a nominative list, an entertainment list, and promotional expenses.
• Assist in preparing data for Tax Audit & any other litigations.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing by reconciling tax accounts.
• Maintain data consistency between tax reporting and financial books.
• Assists in monitoring daily and monthly cashflow forecast
