Job description

Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax obligations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT, in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

Develop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and provide guidance on the tax impact of business decisions.

Lead the preparation and response to tax audits and handle communication with tax authorities.

Maintain proper tax documentation and ensure internal controls are in place to support audit readiness and compliance.

Supervise and mentor the tax team, and coordinate with finance, legal, and external consultants on tax-related matters.

Job Requirments:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; Brevet A & B certification preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, etc.), tax planning, and handling tax audits.

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in tax calculations and documentation.

Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., tax office, consultants).
