DDTC is seeking a Tax Dispute & Litigation Specialist to support the handling of tax disputes and litigation, including the preparation of litigation documents, assistance in tax dispute processes, and ensuring that each stage of case handling is carried out in a timely manner in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

The role requires collaborating with the tax team to analyze issues, prepare supporting materials, and coordinate with mentors during the probation period.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal Administration, Accounting, or Taxation from reputable university.
• Tax Consultant License holders are preferred.
• Having internship experience in a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work under guidance and follow instructions from mentors and supervisors within a team structure.
• Willing to learn and understand the substance, nature, and objectives of each assigned project.
• Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle tax advisory and provide support in analyzing tax-related issues.
• Assist in tax audit processes and preparation of required supporting documents.
• Handle tax objection, tax appeal, tax lawsuit, and tax civil review processes.
• Prepare, review, and ensure completeness of documents related to tax dispute and litigation.
• Conduct analysis on tax regulations and dispute positions relevant to ongoing cases.
• Support the execution of other tax dispute & litigation projects as assigned.
