Are you passionate about taxation and have a strong foundation in handling disputes with tax authorities? We're looking for a Tax Dispute Supervisor to lead and manage tax dispute matters, ensuring our company's interests are well-represented with solid argumentation and strategic support.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tax dispute and audit processes.
  • Prepare position papers, argumentation, and all necessary supporting documentation required by the tax authority.
  • Liaise with external parties including tax consultants and tax office representatives.
  • Analyze tax regulations and provide recommendations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Coordinate internally with finance, legal, and relevant departments to gather data and align on positions taken in tax disputes.
  • Monitor and track dispute progress, deadlines, and provide regular reports to management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in tax consulting firms handling dispute and audit matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and dispute mechanisms.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
