Job summary

Terralink Business Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to independently manage finance and accounting activities for clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax filings in Indonesia. You will ensure compliance with local tax regulations and handle banking and document management tasks as needed.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in Excel/Word, and confidentiality in handling sensitive client data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate services, business consulting, management consulting, or tax and accounting consulting.
• Experience working for a multinational or foreign-owned company is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial administration applications.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage clients' finance and accounting activities, including bookkeeping and recording financial transactions.
• Prepare clients' financial reports.
• Handle clients' tax matters and corporate tax filing, including Annual Tax Returns.

Job description

• Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of clients' financial, tax, and administrative data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the corporate services industry, business consulting, management consulting, or tax and accounting consulting.
• Experience working for a multinational company or a foreign-owned company is a plus.
• Experience handling PPh 21, PPh 23, Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), VAT (if applicable), Annual Tax Returns, and tax systems such as Coretax DJP.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax filing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial administration applications.
• Able to communicate in English is a must, both verbally and in writing, for work-related purposes.
• Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility, while maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
• Willing to handle general administrative tasks, document management, online document submissions, and banking administration when required.
• Willing to be placed in PIK, with the first 3 months working fully onsite (WFO), followed by a hybrid working arrangement.
