Job summary

Acclime in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Assistant to support tax-related processes and documentation. The candidate will work with the team to prepare monthly and annual tax returns, and assist in tax dispute follow-ups.

Ideal applicants have a Bachelor in Accounting or Fiscal, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn. Experience in tax consulting is a plus, and strong teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Fiscal; Brevet or tax consultant certificate a plus
• English communication, oral and written, is required
• Experience in tax consulting firm is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for tax-related processes (Tax ID, eFIN registrations, etc.)
• Assist superior in preparing monthly tax returns
• Assist superior in preparing annual CITR
• Support superior in handling tax dispute cases (document prep, data review)
• Handle administrative work related to projects
• Perform in-depth research on tax regulations and cases
