We’re looking for Assistant Manager Accounting & Tax Consultant who can lead, inspire, and deliver impact with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead tax consulting projects for diverse industries.
  • Mentor and coach younger team members.
  • Communicate complex issues and are capable of breaking it down with clarity—whether in reports, meetings, or debates
  • Capable of “where to look for” and “what to do” on relevant regulations and supporting information.
  • Stay interested to date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Quick reading and identify narratives that comes with every environments.
  • Commit to delivering client service excellency and capable of maintain client healthy relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
  • 8+ years of tax experience, with proven leadership in consulting or professional services.
  • Having knowledge some Transfer Pricing and skills would be an advantage.
  • A natural leader and collaborator who can inspire confidence.
  • Be enthusiastic about the consulting professions.
  • Show eagerness to learn and demonstrate humility in adapting to new situations
  • Be able to manage multiple client accounts with strong attention to detail, while staying focused on objectives, deadlines, and project scope. Capable of multitasking and working effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud Accounting Systems, and efiling system.
  • Eager to learn new skills and get to know knowledges.
  • Dont mind with “hard work”, “ Hardplay” work cultures.
