Job summary

An international event management firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Finance Officer to manage financial transactions, tax filings, and reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a multinational or service-oriented company.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions (invoices, payments, expenses).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform receivables collection and follow-up with clients.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
  • Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Handle monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN) and related e-Faktur documentation.
  • Ensure proper tax documentation and timely tax payments.
  • Support other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
