Education
SMK/D3/S1 with Accounting Major
Requirement
- SMK/D3/S1 with accounting major (max 30 years old)
- 2-3 years of experience in business consulting/tax consulting/public accounting firm; or 3-4 years as accounting staff in a company with exposure to general cashier, AP/AR, income audit, purchasing & receiving, tax, and financial reporting
- Advanced skills in Ms. Excel, other Ms. Office applications, and technology literacy
- Able to operate accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prepare complete financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of owner's equity, cash flow statement, etc.) directly from operational data
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesia Tax Law
- Practical knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Good attitude, team player, fast learner, proactive, and eager to develop
- Warm, friendly, and open personality
- Good negotiation and team engagement skills
- Ability to deliver reports on scheduled deadlines for multiple clients
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Proficient in applying accounting standards and Indonesian Law, with flexibility to adapt to client business situations
