Job summary

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment, partner with branch leaders, and build strong talent pipelines across regions. The role focuses on staffing, onboarding effectiveness, and driving hiring-quality initiatives to support business performance.

The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, travel across assigned areas, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Capital.
• Internship experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, interview techniques, and ATS.
• Able to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Willing to travel and support business operations across assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
• Partner with branch leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Monitor and improve Quality of Hire through candidate assessment and new hire evaluation.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ensure proper utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate onboarding processes and monitor completion of mandatory onboarding programs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
