An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Manager for Talent & Organizational Development to enhance recruitment processes and foster a positive workplace culture. This role involves developing employee programs, managing training initiatives, and implementing performance measurement strategies. Ensure optimal recruitment processes through effective sourcing strategies, selection methods, and employer branding to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Build the company’s image as an employer of choice through internal and external communication strategies, as well as partnerships with universities and professional communities.
Develop employee development programs based on business needs, career paths, and succession planning to ensure future leadership readiness.
Identify training needs, manage the implementation of both internal and external training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Establish performance measurement methods based on competencies and ensure that feedback and coaching are carried out effectively to boost productivity.
Initiate programs to enhance job satisfaction, reduce employee turnover, and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends and implement innovative strategies to improve the company’s competitiveness in human capital management.
Provide regular analysis on the effectiveness of Talent & Organizational Development programs and offer strategic recommendations for organizational growth.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (majoring in Management, Psychology, or Law).
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Organizational Development (OD), or Learning & Development (L&D), preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in leading a team.
Strong skills in Employee Management, People Development Management, and Performance Management.
Proficient in Competency-Based Behavioral Event Interviewing, Competency Assessment, and Training & Facilitating Skills (FCS).
Willing to work in Cikarang.
