Job Description:

• Conducting training analysis & monitoring of training plans in each department, as well as documenting the activities.

• Create future workforce planning according to organizational needs.

• Monitoring personnel qualification implementation & creating data for analysis from the qualification results.

• Creating campaign execution program related to learning & development and generating data analysis from the campaign results.

• Assisting in finding suitable candidates according to organization needs.

• Implementation of development program according to the established plans.

• Creating & ensuring effective implementation of HRGS Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) related to employee training & development as well as Personnel Qualification SOPs.

• Employed Branding.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist, age max 30 years old.

• Minimum experience of 1 year in Human Resources.

• Highly motivated, responsible, hard worker, and fast learner.

• Able to work individually and with a team.

• Good communication and analytical thinking.

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
