What You Will Do:

• Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; Providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.

• Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.

• Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.

• The scope of work includes Talent Pipeline Management (LTDP, Internship, and Apprenticeship), Organizational Development Management, including the EI Survey Result Management, Talent Profile Management, Culture Building Management, Retention Analytics, Performance Management Guidance including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) Guidance, Counseling Guidance, Leadership & Team Development including Coaching, Mentoring, and Career Dialogue Guidance.

What Skills You Have:

• Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.

• Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.

• Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.

• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent management, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English.

• Certification: Valid Assessment Center certification and valid license for psychological assessment and consultation/counseling is preferred.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
