Job summary

A leading startup company in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Talent Management Associate to attract, engage, and develop talents. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders and executing talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in psychology, at least 4 years of experience in HR, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role in a startup company.
  • Preferably have experience as an HR generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment or learning and development.

Overview

What you will do: A senior talent management associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talents that can contribute to Bobobox's success.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding the end-to-end process of HR management
  • Understanding the core business process of Bobobox
  • Maintaining a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan, manage, execute, and evaluate employer branding, talent acquisition, people engagement, and learning & development initiatives
  • Act as a business partner of the Talent Management team to other stakeholders
You will fit in this job if you:
  • Bachelor degree in psychology is preferred
