Job Description

  1. Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess workforce development needs and align strategies with business objectives.
  2. Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs, including leadership training, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
  3. Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend tailored learning solutions to enhance employee competencies and career growth.
  4. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support professional development and employee engagement.
  5. Develop and oversee mentoring programs to nurture emerging talent and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Talent Development and Talent Management role.
  2. Proven experience in talent development, organizational learning, or a similar role, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, including instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance management systems.
  4. Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive actionable outcomes.
  5. Proficiency in analyzing workforce data and using insights to design effective development strategies.
