We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast growing team at URU Indonesia, a developing comfort wear company driving innovation in the fashion industry.
This role requires a highly driven individual with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, speed of execution, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Deliver high-quality candidate experiences through timely communication and structured assessments
Maintain and optimize recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment process enhancement
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (either in-house or agency)
Proven ability to handle full-lifecycle hiring independently across multiple functions
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated agility, attention to detail, and execution in a high-growth or fast-moving environment
Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) at our Jakarta Head Office (Tangerang, Garding Serpong)
