Job summary

A logistics technology company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process and ensure quality hiring. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and guiding onboarding activities. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of recruitment experience, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or Industrial Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, sourcing, and interviewing skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and management skills.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, testing if required, interviews, and offering) to ensure quality hiring.

Ensure manpower fulfillment is delivered within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Source candidates using multiple channels and job portals to expand the talent pool.

Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business objectives.

Maintain regular and clear communication with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Provide strategic input to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Coordinate with GA and IT teams to ensure facilities and equipment are prepared for new hires.

Guide onboarding activities including induction, buddy assignment, and check-ins to support employee adaptation.

Collaborate with Brand Management on employer branding initiatives to strengthen company visibility and reputation.

Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing consistent and transparent communication.

Safeguard company data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and procedures.
