Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager

Formulate and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to address both current and future hiring needs across all organizational levels.

Lead the design and optimization of organizational structures to support strategic business goals, including the development of job descriptions and role specifications.

Drive the development of programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

Identify and address organizational development needs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same position, with a proven track record.
