Job Descriptions

Work on a complete end-to-end recruitment process as prescribed in the Recruiting Policy and Procedure with hiring managers and related human resources counterpart.

Coordinate and collaborate with hiring manager and/or relevant stakeholders in creating and executing recruitment action plan, from clarifying job description, develop sourcing plan, job posting, interview plan, up to successful placement.

Perform various sourcing methods to attract talent and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.

Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview methodology to assess prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job fitness, organization culture considerations, and other requirements and competencies pertinent to classification and selection.

Coordinate and consult with compensation & benefit team in regards with candidate salary information and offer proposal, and communicate the approved offer to the candidate in an appropriate manner.

Gather and manage all data associated with the recruitment process - e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, due diligence documents, etc. - and ensure adherence and compliance to company's guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality of personal data or other sensitive data.

Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the Recruitment Technology (SAP SuccessFactors), including information accuracy on each Personnel Requisition assigned and job posting is updated accordingly.

Ensure that the recruitment process flow complies with agreed Service Level Agreements, keeping in mind to keep the process moving forward.

Prepare data for external (e.g. Disnaker Report) and internal (e.g user regular update) recruitment reports to ensure its accuracy and submission in a timely manner.

Actively involve in Employer Branding activities.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from relevant major, e.g. Psychology, Management, Communication, from reputable universities

Familiar with recruitment process in manufacturing company, preferably in petrochemical/chemical industry

Preferable with working experience in hiring technical/engineering positions in the last 2 years, but prior experience in head hunting agency would be an added value.

Possess sound knowledge and hands on experience in conducting behavioral event interview method and psychological assessment tools

Team player, initiative and possess good interpersonal skills in building good team work with hiring managers across multiple departments

Fluent in spoken and written English is a must

This position is under contract basis (1 year)
