Job Description – Talent Acquisition Manager (Beauty Industry)

Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored for beauty industry needs (creative, marketing, sales, retail, e-commerce, logistics).

Lead end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple functions.

Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and ensure talent alignment with brand direction.

Strengthen employer branding to position the company as a top beauty industry employer.

Oversee mass recruitment for retail/beauty advisors and specialized hiring for corporate roles.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience to boost retention and engagement.

Track hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention rates) and optimize recruitment processes.

Stay updated with beauty industry trends, competitor hiring activities, and salary benchmarks.

Collaborate with HR team for talent development, succession planning, and retention programs.

Qualifications – Talent Acquisition Manager (Beauty Industry)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in beauty, retail, FMCG, or creative industries.

Strong network and knowledge in hiring beauty retail staff, creative roles (design, content, videography), and commercial roles (sales, marketing, e-commerce).

Experience in handling mass recruitment and specialized hiring simultaneously.

Skilled in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent mapping.

Strong leadership and ability to manage a recruitment team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Familiar with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online recruitment platforms.
