Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Partner with HR Manager to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other method
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Requirements
- Based in Surabaya
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar fields
- Experience in Human Resources or related fields for min. 1-2 years
- Excellent knowledge of the Hospitality Industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) in English and Indonesia
- Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical and organizational skill
- Proficient with recruitment tools and HR software
- Be familiar with Databases, online people platforms or managing an internal system
- Be able to collate, run reports and provide data insights
- Ability to analyze recruitment needs and evaluations
- A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
