Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager passionate about global hiring in a fully remote environment? We're seeking a capable recruitment manager to lead our APAC/SEA recruitment efforts. Influx, headquartered in Melbourne, is a leading provider of 24/7 on-demand support with a global team of 1,000+ staff. If you are a seasoned recruiter with management experience and a strong understanding of the Southeast Asian talent market (especially Indonesia), we want to hear from you!

About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition Managers ensure Influx has the workforce it needs by optimizing our talent acquisition strategies and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between their team and the hiring managers, and leveraging their expertise in talent recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define recruitment needs, set targets, and prioritize hiring initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Process Excellence: Implement best practices, optimize workflows, and track KPIs to drive efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the recruitment team, providing guidance for high performance.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards, accuracy, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview & Talent Spotting: Conduct interviews and leverage your expertise to recognize top candidates, serving as a role model for your team.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience managing client-facing processes and overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong English communication skills, capable of engaging senior leaders across time zones.
  • Self-driven with the ability to initiate change proactively.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in navigating various remote work software and online services.
  • Experience in the BPO or customer service industry is highly desirable.
