  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective filling of open positions, whilst maintaining high-quality candidate experience.
  • Lead efforts and identify top-tier talent through various channels.
  • Enhance organization employer brand by developing and implementing strategies to showcase company culture.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in talent acquisition.
  • Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
