We are looking for a bilingual (Indonesian and English) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Indonesia’s dynamic crypto, Web3, and blockchain industry. This role will manage recruitment activities, enhance employment branding, and manage local office operations (systems and processes) while collaborating with global teams. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams in a cutting-edge sector, this is your chance to make an impact.Manage the end-to-end recruitment for the Indonesia office, sourcing top talent for level of positions in alignment with global hiring goals.Build and maintain BTSE’s employer brand in Indonesia through localized campaigns, events, and partnerships to attract top talent.Manage recruitment operations, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with global HR teams.Develop relationships with local and global recruitment agencies, universities, and tech communities specializing in crypto and fintech talent.Analyze Indonesia’s labor market trends in tech and Web3 to refine recruitment strategies and attract high-caliber candidates.Implement direct sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and local job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline.Provide data-driven insights to leadership on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and market trends to support business growth.Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring efficient, compliant, and innovative practices tailored to Indonesia’s market.
