Job description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead – Mass Hiring to spearhead our high-volume recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading end-to-end hiring campaigns at scale, and has a solid foundation in both operational and strategic recruitment practices.

As a key player in our Talent team, you will lead mass hiring initiatives across customer service, operations, and business support functions, while also collaborating on tech and niche role recruitment when needed. You’ll be responsible for overseeing hiring strategies, improving recruitment operations, and ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end mass recruitment cycles, particularly for customer service, operations, and business support roles (e.g., finance, administration).

  • Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards, digital campaigns, partnerships, and employee referrals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build tailored recruitment plans.

  • Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with targets, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools to ensure timely access to qualified talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.

  • Stay up to date with labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and hiring best practices for high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR level C1).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume/mass hiring, with exposure to tech or support role recruitment considered a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different business units with tight deadlines.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of recruiters is an advantage.

  • Strong interviewing skills, with experience in behavioral and competency-based assessments.

  • Proficient in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
