Job Summary:

You will be placed in one of our healthcare business units, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition in alignment with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and support workforce planning.
  • Develop and manage job postings across various platforms (JobStreet, social media, university career centers, etc.).
  • Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and basic assessments for medical and non-medical candidates.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare education institutions (nursing schools, medical faculties, health analyst programs, etc.).
  • Arrange user interviews, psychological testing, and background checks as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive talent pool and candidate database for key and critical positions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including time-to-hire metrics.
  • Support new employee onboarding processes in coordination with the HR team.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with hospital competency standards and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and related requirements (e.g., medical licenses, certifications).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with psychological testing tools is a plus.
