OTO.com operates across Indonesia, focusing on new car dealerships and expanding into used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in mass hiring recruitment.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience managing mass hiring projects, especially in sales multi-financing companies.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
