JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver services within Abbott’s model, technology,and processes and act as the main point of contactfor internal clients at first line manager level.
• Full-cycle recruiting, from requirement definition,through offer negotiation with a standardizedcompensation package typically within a set payrange, to hire, using Abbott's ATS and CRM.
• Develop and execute sourcingstrategies that leverage the use of cost-effectiverecruiting channels such as the Abbott careerspage, job boards, social media posts, CRM and ATSdata sources, referral programs, virtual job fairs,and DEI talent pipelines.
• Manage bulk contract conversions for a division ora country and support local regional partnerrelationship manager initiatives as appropriate.
• Support the hiring process to provide a goodcandidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in in-house talent acquisition or agency. Candidates with healthcare industry experience are advantageous.
• Experience in full-cyclerecruitment, filling junior or entry-levelroles
• Deliver meaningful candidateslates to the business while operating in a fastpaced and high-volume environment

This position is a 1 year contract opportunity, renewable based on performance.
