What will you do :

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets effectively and efficiently.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational needs.

Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning.

Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management for continuous improvement.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.

Utilize HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.
