About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at our company. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. This full-time position is based in Cengkareng Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, assessment and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and relationship building
  • Utilise various recruitment channels and technologies to reach and engage with the best candidates
  • Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures and employment regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the HR & Recruitment industry of manufacture / retail (building material)
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimise recruitment performance
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for talent management and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the organisation
