Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Optimize recruitment budget by selecting cost-effective hiring channels and tracking ROI.
Design and implement a structured onboarding program for new hires.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth orientation and training.
Monitor new employee progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with managers to create clear career paths for employees.
Identify high-potential employees and recommend development plans.
Support internal mobility and promotion processes.
Analyze turnover trends and recommend retention initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
Develop engagement programs (recognition, rewards, team-building activities).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employer branding.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus).
Experience with ATS, recruitment metrics, and budget management.
