About the Role

This role is within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, covering SAP Module solutions. As a leader, you will drive growth in our SAP business in the region and oversee the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions, including Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry and cross-industry leading practices, SAP recommended processes, and functions.
• Design target state SAP solutions, influencing clients to adopt standard practices.
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, testing, and develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation, including testing, migration, and cutover.
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• A good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD module, with 4-6 end-to-end SAP SD implementations and team leadership experience.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage.
• Experience in multicultural environments.
• Understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead target state design.
• Proven success in SAP solutions design and execution.
• Business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad, and to work outside of standard hours.
