Position Overview

Responsible for providing functional support in GTS E4H and integrating it with other non-SAP applications.

Provide end-user support and training, assist users in utilizing GTS E4H functionalities, including Fiori apps, and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with business owners and system architects to gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.

Conduct and facilitate testing to ensure successful deployment.

Monitor operational processes, suggest improvements, and provide ongoing support.

Maintain documentation on system solutions and operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of IT support experience, especially in GTS
• Knowledge of US and German customs, trade laws, and Japan trade policies
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones
• Flexibility to work in US, EU, and APAC time zones as needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, preferably Japanese
• Ability to work independently and in teams
