Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to accounting, business processes, security, and data integrity for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support business development activities such as proposal development and client engagement, collaborating with other Deloitte service lines/industries.
• Lead daily activities of Oracle Cloud ERP consulting engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Supervise and manage staff working on assigned engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields; CPA or advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS).
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle implementations as a Functional or Project Lead.
• Experience managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials projects, working directly with clients.
• Functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including business process analysis, system integration, and client training.
• Knowledge of organizational setup, module configurations, requirements analysis, and functional documentation.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
