  • You may be assigned as Level 2 AMS support between Business/Client IT Teams, partner systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS). Responsibilities include:
    • Providing 2nd or 3rd level support for escalated issues, troubleshooting production incidents, resolving issues, and monitoring fixes per SLA.
    • Performing problem management to reduce re-occurring issues, presenting root cause analysis, and delivering permanent solutions.
    • Leading discussions on solution design for medium to complex enhancements, estimating efforts, and ensuring quality delivery.
    • Maintaining documentation according to standards and procedures.
    • Adhering to AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
    • Participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • You may be part of project teams supporting application implementation, including:
    • Supporting solution delivery to meet client business needs.
    • Developing presentation materials, documentation, and coordinating client communications.
  • You will collaborate with diverse project teams to solve problems and generate value.
  • You will uphold Deloitte’s standards and ethos, and may lead or coach junior members.
  • You will contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and publications.

    Minimum qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
    • 3-5 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, especially SAP MM support or implementation.
    • Good knowledge of related modules and end-to-end business processes.
    • Experience with technical debugging is advantageous.
    • Experience with cloud and on-premise solutions.
    • Familiarity with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
    • Proficiency in English and Japanese.
    • Ability to facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
    • Flexible to learn new solutions and support integration.
    • Willingness to work on client’s business hours, including rotation and after-hours support.
    • Willingness to travel as needed, including on-site support.
