- You may be assigned as Level 2 AMS support between Business/Client IT Teams, partnering systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you are expected to:
- Render 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated issues through in-depth troubleshooting, resolve incidents, and monitor fixes to ensure correct resolution per SLA.
- Identify and perform problem management to reduce re-occurring incidents, present root cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes within agreed timeframes.
- Lead discussions on high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements, perform effort estimations, and ensure end-to-end solution delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation according to standards, best practices, and SOPs.
- Adhere to all AMS processes and client IT policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes.
- You may be part of project teams supporting application implementation, expected to:
- Support solution delivery and development of work products aligned with client needs.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and coordinating client communications.
- You will collaborate with diverse project teams to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value.
- You will uphold Deloitte’s standards and ethos in interactions with team members and clients.
- You may lead or coach Analysts and Consultants.
- You will support business development through proposals, presentations, and publications.

Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, supporting SAP EWM.
- Good understanding of integration with related modules/sub-modules.
- Experience with technical debugging is an advantage.
- Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
- Experience with waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Certifications like SAP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude.
- Flexibility to learn new applications and support business needs.
- Willingness to work during client business hours and support after-hours requests.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
