  • You may be assigned as Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support, collaborating with Business/Client IT Teams, partner systems, and Application Managed Services (AMS). Responsibilities include:
  • Performing in-depth troubleshooting of production incidents, resolving issues, and monitoring fixes to ensure correct resolution in accordance with SLA.
  • Delivering medium to complex enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Identifying and managing problems to reduce re-occurring issues, presenting root cause analyses, and delivering permanent fixes.
  • Leading discussions on high-level solution design, performing effort estimations, and ensuring end-to-end solution quality.
  • Maintaining documentation according to standards and best practices.
  • Adhering to all AMS processes and procedures.
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance organizational processes.

Additional roles include supporting application implementation, developing project deliverables, and collaborating with diverse teams to solve problems and generate value.

Qualifications include:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC development experience, either support or implementation.
  • Technical proficiency in systems development, troubleshooting, and issue management.
  • Experience with cloud or on-premise solutions.
  • Knowledge of related modules/sub-modules and testing scenarios.
  • Experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications such as SAP, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE, Agile, or DevOps are advantageous.
  • Leadership experience of at least 3 years is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a benefit.
  • Ability to lead discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to support after-hours and travel as needed.
