Work you’ll do

• Lead teams on various client engagements in developing tax solutions, providing tax advice, tax planning, tax compliance, and strategies for multinational clients across a broad range of industries.
• Liaise with the Revenue Department and other government agencies in connection with client engagements.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, provide in-depth analysis, and manage projects effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, develop, and execute successful sales strategies.
• Participate in various business development opportunities and project pursuits.
• Supervise assignments of engagement team members and provide mentorship.
• Participate in research, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Support top management in enhancing the firm’s reputation and industry standing.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, or Law.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• CPA and/or TA license is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
