Here is the detail :

Job Description :

  • Providing clients with training and assistance for implementing CRM & Call Center systems
  • Making presentations about CRM & Call Center System for clients who have not yet used the CRM application
  • Supporting and preparing CRM & Call Center training modules based on user needs
  • Providing direction, input, and consultation about how to use CRM & Call Center systems, based on client SOPs

Requirements :

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • Having related working experience in CRM / HRIS / ERP for 2 years
  • Strong management and public speaking skills & Good English is a must
  • Mastering product & system knowledge
  • Positive Person Type and Passionate in Training and Development
  • Highly motivated, independent and high integrity
  • Willing to be placed in Grogol
