Overview
Odoo ERP System Support: Maintain Odoo ERP systems to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
- Fina & Accurate Support : Maintain Fina & Accurate Apps to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
- User Assistance and Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive user support, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Daily System Monitoring: Oversee daily ERP system activities, ensuring optimal performance and timely follow-up with users.
- User Request Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of user requests, including their context and background, to provide effective solutions.
- Software Development: Develop and implement IT software within the Secom Indonesia environment, ensuring it meets organizational needs and standards.
- Bug and Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and manage bugs and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitoring network, collaboration and security device.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or ERP Support roles.
- ERP Knowledge: Basic understanding of ERP concepts, with a preference for proficiency in Odoo ERP.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting software and networking issues.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet and networking.
- Having good knowledge in various IT technologies (server, external storage, various operating system and application, collaboration, etcetera) is an advantage.
