Job description

PT Daraya Gayanti Grup, Master Franchise of the globally well-known KX Pilates brand and a pioneer of Pilates Studio in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual who shares our passion to fill the role of System Support Coordinator. The responsibilities include:

Systems & Operations Support:

1. Be a systems expert and provide first-level support for the KX Pilates Booking System (website & CRM/MAP platform), other KX HQ supported software, and future software/system implementations.
2. Liaise with key stakeholders, providing targeted support for supported software.
3. Build relationships with stakeholders, software developers, vendors, and technology teams to clarify issues and resolve support tickets.
4. Assist with testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for software changes and fixes.
5. Coordinate implementation of configuration updates and enhancements, including configuration changes, system uploads, and change management activities.
6. Provide operational support through investigation, planning, design, configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, training, reporting, and support for franchise owners and clients.
7. Support the development of new processes and training for users of supported software, ensuring full testing and documentation.
8. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes related to supported software.

Marketing/Finance Support:

1. Assist with data segmentation, extracts, and compilation.
2. Support marketing platform scheduling communications.
3. Assist with website updates and maintenance.
4. Support onboarding and support for the KX CRM.

Candidate Criteria:

• Diploma 3 in System Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in business and systems support in a commercial environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Office365, data analysis, and Excel formulas.
• Familiarity with SQL and large databases.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and leaders.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
