Job summary

Aplikas Servis Pesona is seeking a System Security Engineer to implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and ensure compliance with security standards. You will work with Forcepoint DLP, configure policies, and collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deploy solutions.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in IT or related field, experience in security engineering, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in IT/CS/IS/Cyber Security or related field.
• Experience as System Engineer, DLP Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP is preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement DLP solutions using Forcepoint based on business requirements and security standards.
• Install, configure, customize, integrate, and deploy Forcepoint DLP solutions.
• Configure and manage DLP policies, rules, incidents, and data classification.
• Troubleshoot issues related to DLP implementation, endpoints, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and support deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation for configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment processes.
• Ensure DLP implementation follows security standards and data protection requirements.
• Monitor DLP incidents, alerts, and policy violations; provide remediation.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and optimize DLP system performance and policy effectiveness.
• Participate in implementation, migration, and integration projects for Forcepoint DLP.
• Periodically review and tune DLP policies to minimize false positives.

• Proven experience as a System Engineer, DLP Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), information security, data protection, and security compliance concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP is preferred.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge is a plus.
• Experience handling security implementation projects and client requirements.
• Understanding of data classification, endpoint security, network security, and information protection is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
