Job Description

What you'll be doing

• Develop, manage, and maintain digitalization projects to automate and improve existing manual processes, including converting manual submissions into applications and creating Power BI dashboards for financial reporting.
• Handle the daily operations of Accounts Payable, ensuring the accurate processing of payment requests and the proper maintenance of the vendor master file.
• Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and auditors to facilitate confirmation and reconciliation processes, providing any requested information or data as needed.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Web developer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software, such as ASP.net, Oracle, Power BI, and Macro Excel.
• Strong technical skills in managing and maintaining IT systems, including web development and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial reporting processes and regulatory compliance requirements will be a plus.
• Certification in relevant IT is a must.
• Full WFO Setting in Cikarang, Bekasi.

As a System Information Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure in Finance, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity across the organization.
