About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at PT Mattel Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing cost accounting, analyzing production expenses, and supporting financial operations within a manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Handle the daily operations of Accounts Payable, ensuring the accurate processing of payment requests and proper maintenance of the vendor master file.
• Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and auditors to facilitate confirmation and reconciliation processes, providing any requested information or data as needed.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial reporting processes and regulatory compliance requirements is a plus.
