Candidate Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English are a must.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Experience in implementation and configuration of IT products, especially IT Software.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cluster technologies.
• Experience with products like BMC Control-M, Informatica, IBM VDP, Veritas, IBM BAW is a plus.

Job Description:

• Responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining IT systems, especially IT Software.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct workshops, assessments, and design solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor existing systems to ensure structural integrity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff at customer sites.
• Prepare and create technical documentation before and after installation.
• Responsible for Level 1 support and troubleshooting software issues.
• Ensure the proper operation of implemented systems.
